Billie Sue Radney

Billie Sue was born and raised in Quincy. She was born in the Quincy hospital which is now Thomas Memorial. Billie Sue was saved and baptized at Thomas Memorial October 1959. She retired from the Florida Department of Education in 2003, and joined the Thomas Memorial staff July 2004. Billie Sue also serves as the Sunday Bible Fellowship secretary and as a nursery/toddler volunteer.

Justin Horrell
Student Minister
Justin Horrell is the children and youth pastor at TMBC. He has been in this position since August of 2022, and is passionate about equipping and growing children and youth with the gospel. Justin has two children and a loving wife. He loves animals and has chickens and cats. He also enjoys candle making.
Justin’s favorite verse is Psalm 34:8 “Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.” Justin believes, once you experience God, you will know that He is good regardless of your situation!

Bill Spiers
Music Minister
Bill Spiers has been active in music ministry since 1975 when he was a freshman in college. He holds a Bachelor of Music in Church Music, a Bachelor of Music Education, and a Mater of Arts in Teaching from Jacksonville University. Through the years, he has served churches in Jacksonville and Tallahassee. Bill has been married to Terrie for over 40 years and they have three children.
One of Bill’s favorite scripture verses is Luke 1:37 – “For with God noting shall be impossible.”
